SUPERMARKET giant Tesco is to add another 100 lines to its discount brand range in an attempt to fight off the growing threat of Aldi and Lidl.
The retail chain will introduce a new kids' range called Molly and Jack, as well as new skincare lines, following the success of its discount lines which were launched last year.

Carolyn Bradley, Tesco's UK marketing director, said: "People feel that excess consumerism is not appropriate and because they are trying to cut back they are finding shopping less enjoyable."
