SINN Fein will welcome any electoral challenge from republicans opposed to moves to support the police in Northern Ireland, Martin McGuinness claimed.
The Mid-Ulster MP said: "We do not have any problem at all with candidates running against us. It is an open, democratic process."

Tony Blair and Irish Taoiseach Bertie Ahern believe Sinn Fein's backing of the police is crucial for power-sharing to work in Northern Ireland.

IF the IRA chiefs get their way in charge of the Police and Education the North can say goodbye to all it fought for over the years. and you can thank Blair's Labour Government for all the concessions it has made to the IRA.
