POLICE were clearing a section of the M8 motorway this evening after a crash involving four cars.
The accident happened at around 5pm on the westbound stretch between junctions four and five.
The accident is not thought to be serious.
A police spokesman said: "As far as we know there are no serious injuries. The road is blocked but police are now trying to get traffic to start flowing again."
