Hunting ban fight moves to Lords

THE battle to overturn the ban on hunting with dogs was due to move to the House of Lords today.
Nine of the country's 12 law lords, who preside over the highest court in the land, will hear a challenge to the legality of government powers used to bring in the Hunting Act.
