EDINBURGH's annual Hogmanay celebrations should enjoy clear weather, according to the latest long-range forecast from the Met Office.
Experts say the weather on December 31 is expected to be generally fine but cold, and there are a few frost and fog patches expected in the area.

The forecast may change closer to the event.
