POLICE had to use CS spray and arrested a man after a fight in the Houses of Parliament.
Two guests at a House of Commons reception hosted by Tory party chairman Eric Pickles began scuffling shortly after 9.15pm yesterday.

The pair – thought to be journalists – left and continued their argument, but were stopped in the corridor by police.
