EDINBURGH Central MSP Sarah Boyack has restated her commitment to ensuring the Scottish Parliament passes a strong Climate Change Bill.
The Shadow Cabinet Secretary for the Environment and Rural Affairs has lodged amendments to the current proposals, saying she wants to strengthen support for energy efficiency. She said: "We can do more to tackle fuel poverty while tackling climate change.

"There is a strong appetite amongst the renewables industry to see a mass market in technologies which in other European and developed countries are now seen as commonplace.

"But we lack the policy measures and urgency to make the most of Scotland's potential."

Why don't you get a chair, wait till low water, then go and sit on the beach at Seafield and will the tide not to come in?

Stay there until it complies. I'm sure you will be successful. You'd better be pretty good at holding your breath though.

The biggest problem for the Thermageddonists is proving that the optimum global temperature is about 0.5 deg C below today's. To argue that a further 2 deg C rise would be catastrophic is simply laughable.
