BRITNEY SPEARS turned up at a courthouse five hours late then left amid a swarm of paparazzi without attending a hearing in her child-custody battle with her ex-husband.
The singer missed out on the chance to try to persuade a commissioner to restore her visitation rights to her two little boys.

Instead, the Los Angeles Superior Court commissioner yesterday heard a day of closed-door testimony from Kevin Federline and witnesses to a bizarre situation this month in which police took the singer to a hospital after a standoff in her home when she refused to return the boys after a visit.

An emergency order suspending her visitation rights and giving custody to Federline will remain in effect.

It's time Britney stopped popping smarties and got her head straight.
The only way to get to that bar steward K-Fed is to hit him in his pocket.
He's a free-loader, and was only along for the ride.
I find it hard to stomach that her friends and family are not dealing with this for her.
So sad.

#1 and 2: If Britney were so concerned about her children, she would appear in court instead of appearing every night at LA gas stations, snogging her paparazzo boyfriend in public, letting herself be filmed pants-less, driving miles on flat tyres, abandoning her car in the center of busy roads, night-clubbing, stealing from petrol stations, etc. She is lucky that "freeloading" K-Fed is there to care for their bairns while she exhibits herself nightly to feed her considerable ego.

#3 - Spot on.

Can't blame Mr. Federline for Britney's own mistakes- she's the one who obviously didn't care enough to show up on time or even attend the court meeting. At least those two wee boys have their dad to take care of them whilst mummy goes more and more insane.

I only hope her equally well adjusted wee sister is taking notes so she can avoid similar pitfalls after her own happy event.

WHO CARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sooner we take zero interest in their lives, the sooner their egos can deflate!
