AN internet safety workshop is to take place to help parents become aware of the dangers their children face when using the internet.
The event, at Liberton High School on Thursday, May 8, from 7pm to 9pm, has been organised by Musselburgh Grammar School's deputy headteacher Ollie Bray.

The nanny state strikes again.

The vast majority of children are perfectly safe using the internet. The cases of children being "groomed" over the internet and then harm coming to them is exceedingly rare.

As usual this is just a fuss about nothing and who's going to end up bearing the brunt of it? The children they are seeking to "protect" of course.

Why can't they just issue a set of guidelines and then leave it at that and keep their noses out of other people's business?
