M&S has launched a delicious selection of 'No Bread' lunches as part of its Gourmet To Go lunchtime range. The avocado and feta salad (£3.75) is a delicious mixture of the high protein quinoa, green lentils, bulgur wheat and edamame beans with a mint and crème fraiche dressing.

GET THERE FAST . .

Try the new pulp fruit vinegars from condiments and oil specialists, A L'Olivier, available exclusively at Harvey Nichols. Created in the Provencal town of Saint Cyr Sur Mer, the fresh fruit is pulped and macerated in vinegar to give the products great freshness and intensity of flavour – perfect for summer salads. Try the passion fruit, which is perfect with seafood, or the tomato one. The bottles cost £6 for 200ml.
