GREEN MSP Patrick Harvie and the city's transport leader Phil Wheeler are to address the annual breakfast meeting of cycling charity Spokes.
The event, being held at the City Chambers from 8am tomorrow, involves a free breakfast and map for all those attending as well information on cycling in the city and free oil checks.

#1 Erm, why should Spokes, who provide the breakfast, have to take into account how much council tax you pay? This isn't a council event...
